Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them, provided the following conditions are met:


  1. The order still includes all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.
  2. There are signs of normal handling only, and no breakage due to improper use.
  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

 

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to improper handling.

 

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions listed above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

 

• Send an email to: service@shopjenniferjacob.com

• Make sure the email includes the following information:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photo of the product in case of breakage

• Customer’s first and last name

• Customer’s address


We will then contact you and provide the return address. Do not send the return to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct address after you have contacted us. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.


CANCELLATION POLICY


Consumers have the right to cancel under the following provisions, if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:


A. Cancellation Notice


Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.


Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately after being placed. For this reason, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until the delivery has been completed. A refund is only possible after the goods have been received.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The cancellation is considered complete once we have received the goods. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

 

Notice for Shipments in Transit


As our products are shipped from Asia, extended delivery times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you have received the goods, and then return them to us. Of course, you may notify us of your cancellation in advance.


To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

 

Consequences of Cancellation


If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.


For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
